Everything else on Bearmindful is for children and asks for nothing at all. This one page collects an email address, so it is only for the person who pays the bills.

This is an age gate, not an identity check. It exists because a site used by three-year-olds should not put an email box in front of them, and because the UK Children’s Code expects us to design it that way.

What happens next
We send one email asking you to confirm. Nothing is added to any list until you click the link in it, so if somebody types your address in by mistake, nothing happens.

Do you collect anything from children?
No. Nothing, anywhere on this site. There is no account, no login, no profile and no way for a child to type anything that reaches us.
Do you track people?
No. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies for tracking, and no third-party scripts of any kind on any page.
Will you sell my address?
No, and we do not share it either. It is used to send you the two things you ticked, and nothing else.
How do I get off the list?
There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, and it works immediately without asking you any questions. You can also email us and we will delete you.
